Content Design

Our designers work closely with subject matter experts. Additionally, they use any current documentation you may have to create bespoke eLearning content. Moreover, we make the content engaging and ensure that all the content, including any simulations, videos or exercises, are relevant to your organisation. Our designers are creative in their use of content and utilise voice-overs, avatars, and videos to help present information in a fun, and interactive way. Assessments

Assessments serve as valuable learning and retention tools. The more opportunities your learners have to apply their newly acquired knowledge, the greater the retention. SkillSet can incorporate tailored assessment elements, including formative questions and reflection exercises, directly into your bespoke eLearning modules. These elements can be strategically integrated throughout the learning experience or consolidated into a comprehensive quiz at the end.

Moreover, to enhance engagement and variety, quiz questions can be randomised using a question bank. This ensures that different learners, as well as those retaking the quiz, encounter distinct sets of questions, contributing to a more dynamic and personalised learning experience.

LANDEX

Landex had a wealth of pdf content that was valuable but underutilised due to its traditional format. The challenge was to transform this content into dynamic eLearning modules that would enhance learner engagement, improve knowledge retention, and be easily accessible across multiple devices.

SkillSet collaborated closely with Landex’s subject matter experts to understand the intricacies of the content. Using Articulate Storyline, we transformed the static PDFs into interactive modules that included multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, and simulations. These enhancements made the learning process more engaging and effective.
